You can add a simple contact form below using any popular plugin such as Contact Form 7 or Easy Contact. Since this theme comes with a widgetized page template, you can add such widgets into the page as shown below. To use the widgetized page template, simply create a page and use the page template “Widgetized”. Any content you add into the Page-Widget will automatically be inserted below the page content.
